Cyber Fox Media is a creative digital agency that provides branding, design, development, content creation, and strategic marketing services. These Terms govern all projects, consultations, and interactions between Cyber Fox Media and our clients.

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Cyber Fox Media or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or website.

Project Scope + Deliverables

All services, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly outlined in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement prior to the start of each project. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate quote or hourly rate.

Payments and Billing

• A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to begin any project unless otherwise stated.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project and before the release of final files, transfer of ownership, or website handover.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
• All payments must be made in the currency and method agreed upon in the invoice.

Revisions + Approvals

We offer a set number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions or major changes outside the approved design or development phase may incur extra fees. All client approvals (designs, mockups, content, etc.) are considered final once confirmed in writing or via email.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, brand assets, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or material submission may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

All creative work, designs, code, and content remain the property of Cyber Fox Media until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of agreed deliverables will transfer to the client. However, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business confidentiality. Any information shared with us for the purpose of project work will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Website + App Hosting

For development projects, Cyber Fox Media may assist in setting up hosting and domain management. However, the client is responsible for ongoing hosting, renewals, and associated third-party service costs unless specified in a maintenance agreement.

Maintenance + Support

Post-launch maintenance and updates are not included in the initial development fee unless specified in a support plan. Clients may opt into a monthly or annual maintenance package for continued updates, backups, and technical support.

Cancellations + Refunds

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, any deposits paid are non-refundable. Additional work completed beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced accordingly. Cyber Fox Media reserves the right to cancel any project due to non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical behavior.

Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools, plugins, or services (e.g., hosting, analytics, booking systems). Cyber Fox Media is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or pricing of these third-party products.

Portfolio + Promotion

Cyber Fox Media reserves the right to display completed work, project visuals, or case studies on our website, social media, and marketing channels to showcase our work. Clients who wish to opt out must request this in writing before project completion.
